E-sales scenario



What is included in the E-sales scenario?: For the E-sales (or E-commerce) scenario, the following modules need to be configured in the web channel builder: My Account, Checkout, Checkout Process configuration, Common settings, In-Store Pickup, Payment Methods, Sales Transactions, Shopping Templates, Wish Lists

Wish Lists: This functionality allows for consumers to add products they are interested in to a wish list. This list can be maintained at any time by removing or adding products.

Shopping templates: Frequently ordered items can be added to a template. This is particularly interesting in the B2B scenario.

Quotations: Consumers can request quotations and later turn them into orders on the webshop.

Sales Orders: Sales orders through shopping cart confirmation
